We at SUPERWIN TECHNOLOGIES are committed to consistently provide products and services that meet or exceed the requirements and expectations of our customer. We continually improve the effectiveness of our Quality performance in our activities, products and services through implementation of a Quality management framework.

We shall achieve this by:

  • Eliminate, minimize and/or control adverse quality risk by usage of appropriate technology and Quality management practices at all levels and functions.
  • Enhance awareness, skill and competence of our employees and workers through effective communication & training to enable them to demonstrate their involvement, responsibility for QMS compliance & improvement.
  • Continually improve the QMS performance by setting objectives and action plans to achieve them.
  • Organization aims to achieve total customer satisfaction by providing products of consistent quality, services and technical support meeting specific requirements of customers where demanded.
  • Operating and adhering to Quality Management System based on and Compliant with, the requirements of ISO 9001 to continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System by completion of needs and expectations of customers and other interested parties.
  • Maintaining closer relationship of collaboration with customer and supplier.
  • Providing adequate resources and infrastructure needed to continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
  • Recognizing the importance of external providers and working with them to improve the quality of their services to us.
